When graduate schools waive application fees, is this a good sign for admission or just normal?

    Schools do this to persuade applicants to apply to their school. You are more likely to apply if you don’t have to pay the application fee.

    No, it could be that they don’t have that many students and looking at your marks they’ve decided that if you do join them, then they are the winners if you score well. My advice if it’s genuine, grab it, don’t miss out, but check and see their credentials first
