Congratulations on starting a new life in Canada.
If you are interested in doing research in your field, you can start by writing a research proposal and sending it to university professors in Canada that are involved in the topic of your interest. Universities can be can be found by doing a google search of Canadian universities and going through the webpages of professors for their research interests.

If you are not interested in research and merely wish to get a graduate Masters degree through coursework/project, then you can still google universities and check out their engineering dept. pages. They will have complete information regarding programs, admissions procedure and requirements, and cost per credit hour for Canadians and non-Canadian students.

I am not aware of all Canadian universities, but I have heard a lot of good things about University of Toronto, Waterloo, and McGill with regards to their engineering program. McGill also has a good industrial management program that combines the aspects of engineering with management and business administration knowledge.
